Holy smokes, I’ve done it. Ive made the most perfect dressing/dip/sauce/spread of all time. How will I ever create another knowing that none can be as amazing as this?
This Green Goddess Dressing is creamy, tangy, herbaceous and has a slight spicy kick at the end thanks to a jalapeño that I spotted at the back of my produce drawer that needed to be used immediately. I’ve put it on salads, dipped my extra crispy buffalo cauliflower wings into it (recipe coming soon!), spread it on sandwiches and dunked chopped veggies into it and its creamy perfection every time. Did I mention it takes 5 minutes to make?
A couple notes about this recipe:
-
Feel free to leave the jalapeño out if you aren’t into spice.
-
Substitute avocado oil for any neutral oil (like canola)
-
Substitute champagne vinegar for white wine or rice vinegar
