- 1 Cup Maple Syrup
Into a 1 quart sauce pan, add the bourbon.
2 tablespoon Bourbon
Place over medium heat and bring the bourbon to boil for 1 minute.
Add the maple syrup and and stir.

Remove from heat and allow to cool for 10 minutes before using or storing.
