Ingredients

  • 2 Cups Vegan Heavy Whipping Cream
  • ¼ Cup Powdered Sugar, sifted
  • ½ teaspoon Vanilla Extract

Instructions

  • In the bowl of a stand mixer fitted with the whisk attachment, add the vegan heavy whipping cream.
    2 Cups Vegan Heavy Whipping Cream
  • Turn the mixer to medium and whip the cream for about 30 seconds. Then, add the powdered sugar while the mixer is running.
    ¼ Cup Powdered Sugar, sifted
  • Turn the mixer up to high speed and whip until the mixture has stiff peaks, occasionally stopping to fold the cream so the bottom gets incorporated.
  • Once stiff peaks are achieved, add the vanilla and mix on low for a few seconds to incorporate.
    ½ teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • Use as desired.
