- 2 Cups Vegan Heavy Whipping Cream
- ¼ Cup Powdered Sugar, sifted
- ½ teaspoon Vanilla Extract
In the bowl of a stand mixer fitted with the whisk attachment, add the vegan heavy whipping cream.
2 Cups Vegan Heavy Whipping Cream
Turn the mixer to medium and whip the cream for about 30 seconds. Then, add the powdered sugar while the mixer is running.
¼ Cup Powdered Sugar, sifted
Turn the mixer up to high speed and whip until the mixture has stiff peaks, occasionally stopping to fold the cream so the bottom gets incorporated.
Once stiff peaks are achieved, add the vanilla and mix on low for a few seconds to incorporate.
½ teaspoon Vanilla Extract
Use as desired.
