Peanut Butter Cookie Dough Overnight Oats

Rolled Oats

Ground Flax
Pinch
Salt

Peanut Butter

Medjool Date, Finely Chopped*

teaspoon
Vanilla Extract

Cup
Unsweetened Plant Milk
I used Soymilk

Cacao Nibs
Or Mini Chocolate Chips!
Instructions
Combine all ingredients into a jar with a tight filling lid.
Stir until everything is well combined. Secure the lid and place into the refrigerato for 2 hours at the least, but ideally over night.
Eat in the morning!
Notes
*You can sub 1 tablespoon of Maple Syrup if you don't have dates!
