Ingredients
  

  • ½ Block Extra Firm Tofu
  • ¼ teaspoon Salt
  • ¼ teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • ¼ teaspoon Dried Oregano
  • ½ teaspoon Dried Basil
  • ¼ teaspoon Dried Thyme Leaves
  • 1 tablespoon Nutritional Yeast
  • 1 teaspoon Lemon Juice
  • 1 ½ tablespoon Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • Black Pepper

Instructions
 

  • Combine all ingredients into a medium sized bowl and mash with a fork until it is well combines and has the texture of ricotta. Use as desired.
