  • Cup Soda Water, chilled

Instructions

Make the Frozen Lemon and Oranges

  • Slice the lemon and orange into ¼ inch thick half moons and place them onto a parchment-lined baking sheet. Place in the freezer until completely frozen, about 2 hours.
½ Medium Lemon, ½ Medium Orange

Make the Cocktail

  • Place 3 large ice cubes into a wine glass. Add Lillet Blanc and soda water and gently stir.
3 Large Ice Cubes, ⅓ Cup Lillet Blanc, chilled, ⅓ Cup Soda Water, chilled
  • Place a frozen lemon slice and a frozen orange slice into the glass to garnish and serve!

Notes

For the best Lillet Blanc Spritz, start with cold ingredients.
If you make this cocktail with room temperature ingredients it will dilute too fast.
The frozen lemon and orange keep the cocktail cold while not diluting it further!
