Ingredients
Lillet Blanc: Lillet is a French aperitif. It is a wine that also contains citrus notes from liqueurs. You will find Lillet with the other aperitifs like Aperol and Campari. I like Lillet Blanc best, but Lillet Rosé is also great for this Lillet Spritz recipe!
Soda Water: Did you know that soda water, club soda, sparkling water and seltzer are all the exact same thing? Any brand will do, but I love Fever Tree.
Citrus: I like a combination of lemon and orange, but grapefruit would also be delicious. And, if you love citrusy cocktails, you have to make my French Gimlet!

Method
Step 1. Slice half of an orange and half of a lemon into half moons.

Step 2. Then, add ice, Lillet Blanc, soda water and a slice of frozen lemon and orange to a wine glass. Gently stir and serve your Lillet Blanc Spritz!

Lillet tastes like a sweet and citrusy wine. It is bright and fresh tasting.
Expert Recipe Tips
For the best Lillet Blanc Spritz, start with cold ingredients.
If you make this cocktail with room temperature ingredients it will dilute too fast.
The frozen lemon and orange keep the cocktail cold while not diluting it further!
