Ingredients
Gin: Use your favorite! I love Drumshanbo Irish Gin.
Elderflower Liqueur: Elderflower Liqueur makes it a french gimlet! I love St. Germain.
Lime Juice: Use fresh lime juice. The pre-squeezed ones never taste the same as fresh.
Instructions
Step 1. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Add gin, elderflower liqueur and lime juice in to the shaker.
Step 2. Shake for 15 seconds then strain into a coupe glass or into a rocks glass with fresh ice.

- 1 Jigger Glass or other way to measure
Ingredients
- 2 oz Gin
- 1 oz Elderflower Liqueur I like St. Germain
- .75 oz Fresh Lime Juice
- Ice
Instructions

- Place the lid on and shake vigorously for 15 seconds. Strain straight up in a coupe glass or in a rocks glass over fresh ice.
