  • 1 Rocks Glass
  • 1 Jigger, or other measuring utensils
  • 1 Spoon

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ oz Gin I used Drumbshanbo Irish Gin
  • 1 ½ oz 100% Cranberry Juice see note
  • ½ oz Simple Syrup
  • 4 oz Tonic Water
  • Ice
  • To Garnish: a few fresh cranberries and a sprig of rosemary optional

Instructions

  • Into a rocks glass, combine gin, cranberry juice, simple syrup and tonic water. Stir gently.
    1 ½ oz Gin, 1 ½ oz 100% Cranberry Juice, ½ oz Simple Syrup, 4 oz Tonic Water
  • Add ice into the glass, then garnish with fresh cranberries and a sprig of rosemary if desired. Serve.
    Ice, To Garnish: a few fresh cranberries and a sprig of rosemary

Notes

If you use cranberry juice cocktail instead of 100% cranberry juice in this Cranberry Gin Cocktail recipe, omit the simple syrup.
Your cocktail may end up slightly sweeter than it is intended to be, but it will still be delicious!
