Preheat oven to 350*F.
In a small bowl, add, chopped apples, maple syrup, lemon juice, cornstarch, cinnamon, and salt. Stir with a spoon until the apples are evenly coated, then transfer the apple mixture to an 8-ounce oven-safe ramekin.
¾ Cup Peeled and Chopped Apple, 2 tsp Maple Syrup, 1 tsp Lemon Juice, ¾ tsp Cornstarch, ¼ tsp Cinnamon, 1 Pinch Salt
In the same bowl, make the oat crumble. Combine rolled oats, nut butter, maple syrup, cinnamon, and salt, and stir until the mixture is crumbly. Then, use a spoon to add the oat crumble to the top of the apples, pressing down with the back of the spoon so it will stick.
⅓ Cup Old-Fashioned Rolled Oats, 1 Tbsp Nut Butter, 2 tsp Maple Syrup, ¼ tsp Cinnamon, 1 Pinch Salt
Place the ramekin on a baking sheet, then bake the apple crisp in a 350*F oven for 27-30 minutes or until the oat crumble is golden brown. Serve warm, as is or with a scoop of ice cream.
