Banana Chocolate Chip Overnight Oats

- ½ Medium Ripe Banana
- ½ Cup Non-Dairy Milk
- ½ Cup Old-Fashioned Rolled Oats
- 1 tablespoon Chia Seeds
- 2 teaspoon Mini Chocolate Chips plus more for topping
- ¼ teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- Toppings of choice: banana slices, berries, peanut butter, cacao nibs, etc.
Into a container that has a tight fitting lid add the banana and mash it well.
½ Medium Ripe Banana
Add the non-dairy milk, rolled oats, chia seeds, mini chocolate chips and vanilla to the jar.
½ Cup Non-Dairy Milk, ½ Cup Old-Fashioned Rolled Oats, 1 tablespoon Chia Seeds, 2 teaspoon Mini Chocolate Chips, ¼ teaspoon Vanilla Extract
Place the lid onto the jar and shake until everything is well mixed. Them, place the container in the refrigerator overnight.
In the morning, stir the oats, then add any additional toppings you desire and serve!
Toppings of choice: banana slices, berries, peanut butter, cacao nibs, etc.
You can use quick oats for this recipe but don't use instant or steel-cut oatmeal.
I recommend only prepping one of these at a time because the banana will oxidize!
