Equipment

  • 1 Container with Tight Fitting Lid like a Mason jar
  • 1 Spoon
  • Measuring Cups and Spoons

Ingredients

  • ½ Cup Rolled Oats
  • 1 tablespoon Chia Seeds
  • 1 tablespoon Biscoff Cookie Butter
  • 2 teaspoon Maple Syrup or agave nectar
  • 1 Dash Ground Cinnamon
  • Cup Non-Dairy Milk I used oatmilk

Toppings

  • Biscoff Cookie Butter, Crushed Biscoff Cookies, Cinnamon

Instructions

  • In a container with a tight fitting lid, add oats, chia seeds, Biscoff cookie Butter, maple syrup, cinnamon, and non-dairy milk.
  • Stir well with a spoon, being sure to break up the cookie butter.
  • Place the lid on and place in the refrigerator overnight, or for at least 2 hours.
  • In the morning, add additional toppings like additional cookie butter, crushed Biscoff cookies and cinnamon or fruit or nuts. Serve

Notes

Stir the oats very well to make sure the cookie butter is mixed in!
Top these Biscoff Overnight Oats with whatever you have on hand. They would be delicious with chopped banana or strawberries or any nuts or seeds you like!
Or, be like me and top them with a few crushed Biscoff Cookies.
