Equipment

  • 1 Medium Bowl
  • 1 Spoon
  • 1 Rasp Grater
  • Measuring Cups and Spoons

Ingredients

  • Cup Tahini
  • 2 tablespoon Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 2 teaspoon Dijon Mustard
  • 1 tablespoon Pure Maple Syrup
  • 1 Medium Clove of Garlic, grated on a rasp grater
  • 3 tablespoon Cold Water
  • ¼ teaspoon Kosher Salt

Instructions

  • In a medium bowl, combine tahini, apple cider vinegar, Dijon mustard, maple syrup and garlic. Stir well to combine. The mixture will look thick.
⅓ Cup Tahini, 2 Tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar, 2 tsp Dijon Mustard, 1 Tbsp Pure Maple Syrup, 1 Medium Clove of Garlic, grated on a rasp grater
  • Add water, one tablespoon at a time, stirring between each addition. The mixture will loosen up and lighten in color.
    3 Tbsp Cold Water
  • Add salt and pepper and stir once more. Serve as desired.
¼ tsp Kosher Salt, Black Pepper

Notes

The dressing thickens as it sits in the refrigerator, so you may need to stir in an additional teaspoon or two of water to loosen it up.
