Add the tajin to a small plate. Then, rub the rim of two glasses with a lime wedge. Turn the glasses upside down and dip them into the tajín. Set the glasses aside.

Into a metal cocktail shaker, add the chopped jalapeño. Muddle the jalapeño to break it up.

Then, fill the shaker with ice and add pineapple juice, tequila blanco, lime juice, cointreau. Place the lid on the shaker and shake well for about one minute.
½ Cup Tequila Blanco, ¼ Cup Lime Juice, 2 tablespoon Cointreau, Plenty of Ice, ¾ Cup Pineapple Juice
Fill the two rimmed glasses with ice and strain the contents of the shaker into the two glasses.
Garnish with lime, jalapeño and pineapple (optional) and serve!
