Ingredients

  • 6 tablespoon Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • ¼ Cup Dijon Mustard
  • 2 tablespoon Light Agave Nectar Or Vegan Hot Honey
  • 2 tablespoon White Wine Vinegar
  • Pinch Salt and Pepper

Instructions

  • Add the olive oil, Dijon mustard, white wine vinegar, agave and a pinch of salt and pepper into a jar.
    6 tablespoon Extra Virgin Olive Oil, ¼ Cup Dijon Mustard, 2 tablespoon Light Agave Nectar, 2 tablespoon White Wine Vinegar, Pinch Salt and Pepper
  • Place the lid on and shake until the dressing has emulsified, about 15 seconds.
  • Use immediately or pour into a container with a tight fitting lid and store in the refrigerator for up to 7 days.

Notes

Light refers to the color of the agave. It should be a golden honey-like color.
Vegan Hot Honey Recipe
This recipe makes about ¾ Cup of dressing!
If you don't have white wine vinegar, the closest substitution is champagne vinegar. Do not use red wine vinegar or balsamic for this recipe.
