Strawberry Basil Mocktail

This Strawberry Basil Mocktail is easy to make and is packed with fresh strawberries, lemon, basil, and topped with sparkling water for fizz. It is the perfect light and refreshing drink for the Summer!

  • 1 Muddler or Wooden Spoon
  • Measuring Cups and Spoons

Ingredients

  • ¼ Cup Chopped Strawberry
  • 3 Medium Basil Leaves
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice
  • 2 teaspoon Agave Nectar
  • ¾ Cup Club Soda
  • Ice
  • Garnishes: Lemon Wheels, Strawberry Slices, Basil Leaves

Instructions

  • Add strawberries, basil leaves, lemon juice and agave nectar to a sturdy 12-16 ounce glass.
    ¼ Cup Chopped Strawberry, 3 Medium Basil Leaves, 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice, 2 teaspoon Agave Nectar
  • Gently muddle with a muddler or a wooden spoon until the strawberries release their juice.
  • Add club soda and gently stir. Top with ice and garnish with a lemon wheel and a basil leaf. Serve.

Notes

If you make this Strawberry Basil Mocktail in a glass, be sure to muddle very gently! You can also muddle the strawberries in a cocktail shaker, then transfer the mixture to a glass.
