This Vegan Apple Crumble is easy to make and perfect for Fall! Gooey spiced apples are topped with a simple cinnamon oat streusel for a delicious dessert that tastes even better topped with a scoop of ice cream!

⅓Cuplight Brown Sugar, tightly packed
1tablespoonCornstarch
1tablespoonLemon Juice
1teaspoonCinnamon
½teaspoonGinger
1PinchGround Cloves
For the Cinnamon Crumble
1 ½CupsRolled Oats
¾CupAll-Purpose Flour
⅔CupLight Brown Sugar, tightly packed
1 ½teaspoonCinnamon
8tablespoonNon-Dairy Butter, room temperature
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350*F. Grease an 8x8 inch square baking pan.
Peel, core and chop the apples into about 1 inch pieces.

In a large bowl, combine chopped apples, brown sugar, cornstarch, lemon juice, cinnamon, ginger, and cloves. Use your hands to toss eevrything together until well combined. Pour the apples into the prepared 8x8-inch baking pan.
⅓ Cup light Brown Sugar, tightly packed, 1 tablespoon Cornstarch, 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice, 1 teaspoon Cinnamon, ½ teaspoon Ginger, 1 Pinch Ground Cloves
In the same large bowl, combine rolled oats, flour, brown sugar, and cinnamon. Add the non-dairy butter and use your hands to work the butter into the dry ingredients until the mixture is crumbly and no chunks of butter remain. The, pour the streusel on top of the apples.
1 ½ Cups Rolled Oats, ¾ Cup All-Purpose Flour, ⅔ Cup Light Brown Sugar, tightly packed, 1 ½ teaspoon Cinnamon, 8 tablespoon Non-Dairy Butter, room temperature
Bake the apple crumble in a 350*F oven for 55-65 minutes or until the top is brown and the apple mixture is bubbling around the sides. Serve warm!
