In a medium bowl, combine flour, cinnamon, baking powder, baking soda and salt. Whisk to combine.
2 Cups All Purpose Flour, 2 tsp Ground Cinnamon, 1 ½ tsp Baking Powder, ½ tsp Baking Soda, ½ tsp Kosher Salt
In a large bowl, whisk together sugar, canola oil, non-dairy milk, non-dairy yogurt and vanilla.
1 Cup Granulated Sugar, ½ Cup Canola Oil, ½ Cup Non-Dairy Milk, ½ Cup Plain Non-Dairy Yogurt, 2 tsp Vanilla Extract
Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and whisk to for the batter.
Add the chocolate chips and use a spatula to fold them in.
1 Cup Mini Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
Scrape the batter into a prepared loaf pan a use the back of the spatula to even it out.
Top evenly with the cinnamon sugar topping.
Bake in a 350* oven for 60-65 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the loafcomes out clean.
Allow to cool before slicing and serving.
