This Cranberry Juice Mocktail is quick, easy, and delicious! It combines cranberry juice and ginger beer for a tangy, flavorful non-alcoholic drink that is perfect for Fall.

For every cocktail recipe I create, I try my hardest to create a mocktail. This Fall, I made a Bourbon Apple Cider Cocktail, so I also made an Apple Cider Mocktail, too. And most recently, I created a Cranberry Gin Cocktail, so you know I had to make a brand new mocktail!
And this Cranberry Juice Mocktail is perfect in every way. It is tangy, flavorful, and fizzy! And you only need 2 ingredients and 5 minutes to make it. And the garnishes make it look really festive, so it is the perfect drink to serve for Thanksgiving or Christmas! I promise you will not miss the alcohol with this one.

Ingredients

Cranberry Juice: I used 100% cranberry juice for this recipe, not cranberry juice cocktail, which has added sugar. If you use cranberry juice cocktail, this drink will probably be a little too sweet.
Ginger Beer: I love Fever Tree Ginger Beer. It is a little spicy from the ginger and is perfectly sweet.
Garnishes: I garnished my Cranberry Juice Mocktails with a couple of slices of fresh ginger, a cinnamon stick, and a few fresh cranberries that I had from making Orange Cranberry Sauce. These aren't necessary, but the garnishes make the drinks look so festive!
Instructions

Step 1. Add the cranberry juice to a 12-ounce cup.
I'll look for any excuse to use my copper mugs, so that's what I used.

Step 2. Then, add ginger beer and crushed ice and gently stir.
Add the garnishes and serve for Cranberry Juice Mocktails!
Recipe FAQs
Cranberry juice does not have added sugar, while cranberry juice cocktail does have added sugar.
No! Ginger beer is like a soda that has a spicy ginger flavor.
No! Ginger beer has a much more robust ginger flavor. So much so that it is almost spicy. Ginger ale has a mild ginger flavor and is sweeter than ginger beer.
Pretty much any juice is great for mocktails, but my favorites are cranberry juice, pineapple juice, mango juice, pomegranate juice, and berry juices.
Expert Recipe Tips
Don't use cranberry juice cocktail for this recipe! The ginger beer is already sweet, so when mixed with sweetened cranberry juice, the drink is too sweet.
