Ingredients
Pineapple Juice: I love to use pineapple juice in drinks like my Pineapple Jalapeño Margarita. It adds so much flavor to this mocktail!
Lime Juice: Use fresh lime juice. The stuff in the bottle never tastes the same.
Mint: Mint gives this pineapple mocktail that classic mojito flavor. And if you are looking for more traditional mojito, make my Strawberry Mojito!
Club Soda: I love a little fizz in my mockails and cocktails, and club soda is my favorite way to incorporate it!
Instructions
Step 1. First, combine mint leaves and lime juice in the bottom of a glass. Gently muddle the mint using muddler or a spoon.
Step 2. Then, add the pineapple juice and agave nectar and stir.
Next, add ice and top it off with club soda.
Garnish with a sprig of mint and serve your Pineapple Mojito Mocktail!

- 1 Muddler
- Measuring Cups and Spoons
Ingredients
- 8 Mint Leaves
- 1 tablespoon Lime Juice
- ¼ Cup Pineapple Juice
- 1 teaspoon Agave Nectar
- Ice
- ½ Cup Club Soda
Instructions
- In the bottom of a large glass, combine mint and lime juice. Gently muddle the mint until it is well bruised. This will allow the mint flavor to come through in the mocktail.8 Mint Leaves, 1 tablespoon Lime Juice
- Add pineapple juice and agave and stir. Then, add ice and top it all off with club soda.¼ Cup Pineapple Juice, 1 teaspoon Agave Nectar, ½ Cup Club Soda, Ice
