I love buffalo sauce! Its tangy, sightly spicy and basically makes everything taste great. In these wraps, I toss it on crispy vegan chicken before wrapping them up with fresh veggies. And let me tell you- they are amazing.

Ingredients
Vegan Chicken Nuggets: You can use whatever your favorite vegan chicken nuggets are, but I recommend Gardein Ultimate Plant-Based Chicken Nuggets.
Buffalo Sauce: I used Franks Red Hot Buffalo Sauce, but use your favorite.
Veggies: Lettuce, carrot, celery and scallion are the veggies in this wrap.
Herbed Tahini Ranch: A simple, but delicious creamy tahini ranch dressing to toss the veggies in.
Large Tortillas: Grab 10-12 inch, burrito-sized tortillas.
Substitutions
Substitute store-bought vegan ranch for the herbed tahini ranch! My favorite is Follow Your Heart Ranch.
Add whatever veggies you like to this Vegan Buffalo Chicken Wrap. Cucumbers, tomatoes and radishes would also be delicious!

Step-by-Step Instructions
Step 1. First, mix the herbed tahini ranch by combining tahini, lemon juice, dill, garlic and onion powder, salt and parsley. Mix well and set aside.
Step 2. Next, cook the vegan chicken nuggets according to package directions. Then, when the nuggets are done, toss them with buffalo sauce in a large bowl, then return them to the baking sheet
Step 3. Into the same bowl, add the chopped veggies and the tahini ranch.
Step 4. Toss everything to coat the veggies in the dressing.
Step 5. Now divide the veggie mixture between 2 burrito sized tortillas.
Step 6. Top with the vegan buffalo chicken and roll the wraps up and serve.

I like them for these wraps because these nuggets are pretty small- more like a popcorn chicken size!
Expert Recipe Tips
There are two things that make this wrap super flavorful.
First, is using the same bowl that still has a little buffalo sauce in it to build the salad. That way the veggies taste like buffalo ranch!
Second, is tossing the dressing with the veggie ingredients so everything is nicely coated in herbed tahini ranch and buffalo sauce.
Storage
I recommend storing the wrap ingredients separately.
Store the buffalo chicken in a container, the cut veggies (with no dressing) in a container, and the herbed tahini ranch in a separate container.
Then, combine the ingredients when you are ready to eat.
The completed wraps are best on the same day.

Ingredients
For the Herbed Tahini Ranch
- 2 tablespoon Tahini
- 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice
- ¼ teaspoon Dried Dill
- ⅛ teaspoon Garlic Powder
- ⅛ teaspoon Onion Powder
- ⅛ teaspoon Salt
- 2 tablespoon Water
- 1 tablespoon Finely Chopped Fresh Parsley Optional
For the Wraps
- 7 oz Vegan Chicken Nuggets I used Gardein
- 3 tablespoon Buffalo Sauce
- 3 Cups Chopped Lettuce
- 1 Medium Carrot, Grated
- 1 Large Celery Stalk, thinly sliced
- 2 Medium Scallions, thinly sliced
- 2 Large Flour Tortillas 10-12 inch
Instructions
Make the Herbed Tahini Ranch
- In a small bowl, combine the tahini, lemon juice, dill, garlic powder, onion powder, and salt. Stir well. The mixture will be thick.2 tablespoon Tahini, 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice, ¼ teaspoon Dried Dill, ⅛ teaspoon Garlic Powder, ⅛ teaspoon Onion Powder, ⅛ teaspoon Salt
- Slowly add the water, stirring until the mixture is completely smooth. Add the parsley and stir to combine. Set aside.2 tablespoon Water, 1 tablespoon Finely Chopped Fresh Parsley
Make the Wraps
- Cook the vegan chicken nuggets according to package directions.7 oz Vegan Chicken Nuggets
- Add the buffalo sauce to a large bowl. When the chicken nuggets are done, add them to the bowl with the sauce and toss them to coat. Then remove them from the bowl and back onto the baking sheet.3 tablespoon Buffalo Sauce
- Into the bowl add the lettuce, carrot, celery and scallion. Add desired amount of the herbed tahini to the salad and toss together with tongs to coat.3 Cups Chopped Lettuce, 1 Medium Carrot, Grated, 1 Large Celery Stalk, thinly sliced, 2 Medium Scallions, thinly sliced
- Divide the salad between two tortillas, then top each with the buffalo chicken nuggets.2 Large Flour Tortillas
