This Apple Cider Mocktail is a non-alcoholic spin on a Moscow mule! It is a delicious and easy-to-make alcohol-free drink for Fall.

It is always the perfect time for a fun drink! But, it is not always the perfect time for a cocktail, which is why I love mocktails so much. I love to get really creative with the flavors, and I have a range of options from Cucumber Basil Mocktail, to Pineapple Mojito Mocktails, and even Blueberry Lavender Mocktails!
And today, I am sharing the perfect mocktail for Fall: this Apple Cider Mule Mocktail. This recipe is quick and easy to make and is packed with Autumn flavors like apple and ginger. And you can have as many as you like, no matter what time of day it is, because there is no alcohol in sight!

Ingredients
Apple Cider: Don't substitute apple juice! Apple cider has so much more flavor than apple juice. And if you want a boozy apple cider drink, make my Bourbon Apple Cider Cocktail!
Ginger Beer: I love Fever Tree Ginger Beer, but use whatever your favorite is.
Fresh Ginger: Fresh ginger adds a spicy kick to this Apple Cider Mocktail! Do not substitute dried ginger.
Lemon Juice: Lemon juice helps to cut the sweetness.
Instructions
Step 1. First, in the bottom of a copper mug, or other tall glass, combine ginger slices and lemon juice. Use a wooden spoon or a muddler to gently break the ginger up. Be very careful if you are using a glass!
Step 2. Next, add ginger beer, apple cider and club soda. Gently stir, then fill the mug or glass with ice.
Garnish with apple slices, cinnamon sticks or lemon slices, then serve your Apple Cider Mocktail!

I love crushed ice for this mocktail recipe. I don't have an ice maker, so I put some large ice cubes in a cloth bag and carefully crushed them with a mallet.
Be very careful if you are muddling the ginger in a glass!

Equipment
- 1 Copper Mug or Large Glass
- 1 Wooden Spoon or Muddler
- Measuring Cups
Ingredients
- ยฝ oz Lemon Juice
- 3 Slices Fresh Ginger, peeled
- 4 oz Ginger Beer
- 2 oz Apple Cider
- 1 oz Club Soda
- Crushed Ice see note!
- Garnishes like: cinnamon sticks, sliced lemon and sliced apple Optional
