    • It is packed with fresh flavor and is delightfully fizzy.
    • And it is absolutely delicious!

    Ingredients

Ingredients for this recipe in small bowls on a marble surface.

English Cucumber: Don't use a regular cucumber for this recipe! English cucumbers are easier to muddle.

Basil: Basil gives this mocktail the most delicious flavor.

Lemon Juice: Use fresh lemon juice! The stuff in the bottle never tastes the same.

Agave Nectar: Agave nectar adds a hint of sweetness. You can also use simple syrup.

Club Soda: Club soda because I think all mocktails need a little fizz.

    Instructions

Muddled cucumber and basil in a cocktail shaker.

Step 1. Add chopped cucumber, basil and lemon juice to a cocktail shaker. Use a muddler or a wooden spoon to break the cucumber up really well.

Then, strain the mixture into a tall glass. Press the cucumber with the back of a spoon to release all of its liquid.
