I love to make easy cocktails! Its nice to have a few simple and fun cocktail recipes like my Strawberry Mojito, Maple Old Fashioned or Lavender Gimlet that I can mix up at get-togethers. But, it's also important to have a few mocktail recipes for kids or friends who don't drink alcohol!

And right now, I only have a Blueberry Lavender Mocktail and a Cucumber Basil Mocktail recipe here on Earthly Provisions, so its time to add another. And that's where this Pineapple Mojito Mocktail comes in. It is fun, delicious and easy to make. And no one will miss the alcohol!

    • And the ingredients are simple and easy to find.
    • This Pineapple Mojito Mocktail is packed with mint, lime juice and pineapple.
    • This is the perfect drink to serve at any occasion.
    • And it's absolutely delicious!

    Ingredients

Ingredients for making this recipe in small bowls on a marble surface.

Pineapple Juice: I love to use pineapple juice in drinks like my Pineapple Jalapeño Margarita. It adds so much flavor to this mocktail!

Lime Juice: Use fresh lime juice. The stuff in the bottle never tastes the same.

Mint: Mint gives this pineapple mocktail that classic mojito flavor. And if you are looking for more traditional mojito, make my Strawberry Mojito!

Club Soda: I love a little fizz in my mockails and cocktails, and club soda is my favorite way to incorporate it!

    Instructions

Mint and lime juice in the bottom of a glass.

Step 1. First, combine mint leaves and lime juice in the bottom of a glass. Gently muddle the mint using muddler or a spoon.

Finished pineapple mocktail in a glass with ice cubes.

Step 2. Then, add the pineapple juice and agave nectar and stir.

Next, add ice and top it off with club soda.

Garnish with a sprig of mint and serve your Pineapple Mojito Mocktail!

    What to Serve it With
